Not the best experience. The items I purchased appeared to be in stock on their website and they weren’t so whoever I spoke with tried to convince me to cancel my order, but then they agreed to order them in for me and ship them fast within 2 days through FedEx and they didn’t and shipped them slowly through USPS, so almost a month later and I got my order. It was a pain trying to order from them.

Hi Raul, I am very sorry, our inventory was not correct at the time of your order. The special procedure adaptor is no longer offered from 3M which means we are not able to order it anymore. After customer service let me know how extremely unhappy you were, I was able to get a couple more from Littmann. Our Shipping department was well aware of the situation at this point and shipped it the fastest way possible. Due to COVID-19 shipping delays are a majoy issue but USPS was the fastest at that time. Apparently there was an error in the quantity I ordered and they were unwilling to work out a way to rectify it. I understand their position however will not be utilizing them in the future. Good luck and double check your quantity before purchase. Merry Christmas

The quality of the forceps are very poor, they definitely are not worth the price, the colour is not right as well, had a bad experience shopping with Redding Medical

Hi Mary, When picking UPS ground it is not an express package so it will take 4-5 business days. Also, being a holiday weekend it added a day to your delivery but your package still arrived within 4 business days. Worst experience ever. The stethoscope had a problem. I called redding medical they told me to call Littmann. Littmann offered to fix it under warranty but I have to pay for shipping both ways. I called redding again spoke with the manager Matt he got back with towards the end of the day telling that Littmann will fix it and pay for the shipping. Two days later I haven’t heard from Littmann so I called redding again and he gave a contact name Sandra Velte at Littmann. I called her, however she wasn’t available and never called me back. Here I am almost a week without a working stethoscope. Definitely, I will never deal with such worthless company like Redding medical again.

The engraving was misleading. The website displays the head pieces with engraving but the engraving is not done on the head, only the chest piece. My daughter is very disappointed with her purchase.
