easy to work with. items delivered in a timely matter. A little pricey but otherwise no complaints

Everything came as described and in time before I left the country. They were almost going to be too anal but they were able to ship my order smartly

Super fast shipping. Wonderful stethoscope except for the engraving on the tubing is gold. I never read what color the engraving would be nor was I given an option. I have had my other stethoscopes engraved and it was either black or white. I assumed it would it have been the same. I guess that is what happens when you assume. It makes the other wise great stethoscope look cheap. If it was not for the engraving I would have given 5 stars.

Appreciated the very quick delivery just before Christmas. A last-minute gift that arrived on time.

The delivery was quick and the engraving was excellent. They did all that was asked and I can not fault their service. I would only add a catalog with the order.
