It should be better posted if something is in backorder. But I do appreciate how quick customer service called to clarify.

The technical person I spoke with on the phone was somewhat helpful. They shipped my order by USPS and required signature at delivery for a $49 item: ridiculous!

I wish the lettering on my stethoscope tubing was more visible but gold against black is hard to see (white would have been great). Otherwise I'm happy with the stethoscope in general. I also purchased a pen light that only got one use before the batteries went dead (I didn't forget to turn it off).

Redding Medical had the best priced cardiology IV stethoscope of all the verified sellers listed on Littmann's website. The engraving was also the most reasonable (only $3 for initials!). The only downside was the shipping costs. I would have liked there to be a more standard shipping option rather than having to pay for express shipping. Otherwise, everything arrived as expected! Very happy with my purchase.

Received stethoscope fast. Didn't come with any extra ear peices though.

Only thing that should be improved is the delivery options. I chose one that doesnt deliver to PO Boxes not realizing it, I just put it in out of habit and it didn't say it wouldn't work. I got a call from the delivery guy saying they needed a different address and got it a day later than anticipated. Otherwise pleased with my experience

Timely delivery but the ear pieces and metal feels a little cheap!
