Great customer service

I had a great experience ordering an engraved stethoscope from Redding Medical. The order was filled accurately & received within 4 days of ordering. The only reason I could not give 5 stars is the box arrived crushed since it was sent in a padded envelope. It is a Birthday gift and that was disappointing.

I like how fast the products came; although, I do feel as though the shipping was a little pricey. In addition, I do not like the color that the tube personalization on the stethoscope was done in. It can barely be visibly seen. I would have liked for it to have a more golden appearance. Lastly, I like the engraving of the name on the metal parts of the stethoscope as well as the knee reflex. Customer service is great! Sharon did an awesome job of helping me to add something to my order that I had forgotten. She also was on top of things with following up with me to receive a photo of my ID to verify my billing address. I appreciated my experience with her.

My order was shipped sooner than I expected considering that it has engravings. Price is cheaper than other online shops. Both stethoscopes were packed neatly and engravings are correct. Kudos to their Customer Representative Janet for promptly addressing my concern about the courier when I missed delivery, which is actually not their problem any longer. But still made sure my concern was addressed. I would suggest having the same options on engravings for Lightweight II and Classic III. Other than that, I love their service and would recommend it to anyone.

You might want to let your customer know that 2 day ship is actually 4. (Maybe beacuse the name print)
