Very disappointed with this company. The product I ordered was apparently back ordered yet they didn't feel it was pertinent information to include on the website. Instead, I spent $12 for shipping and had to wait 4 weeks + for the product to arrive. When I questioned them they said they needed to get the product from their warehouse before it would be sent to me which would take over 3 weeks yet wouldn't refund my shipping cost. Customer service was very polite and honest and the price of the product was much better than other places I looked however at this point I would have much preferred to spend a little more long as actually receive the product in a timely fashion.

I ordered something that advertised as in stock and they informed it was not . Waited 10 days and still don't have it . Bad business

The site design and navigation, though outdated, was fine to purchase what I wanted. When I posted a separate billing and mailing address using my spouse's credit card, my order went through perfectly and charged my card right away. The next business day, I received an email from customer service asking me why I had a separate billing and mailing address (as if this never happens in the world of online shopping). After multiple back and forth emails, I was asked to provide the contact phone number for the card holder, and when I did, I was sent an email asking for a scan of either the picture ID of the card holder, or a picture of the credit card itself. I immediately called them back, and was told the issue was resolved because they had called my spouse right after I had given them the phone number, and the email was sent before they even made the call. I immediately asked to speak with a manager, who was flippant about my concerns about how they deal with their customers, and downright rude. I would NEVER purchase from them again.

I ordered a Littman stethoscope that cost $300 and had to pay for shipping! How much do you have to spend to get free shipping? Several hours after I placed my order, I get an e-mail saying that you get free shipping with the stethoscope that I ordered! I think I should be receiving a refund check for the shipping but I'm not going to sit by the mailbox since I know it won't happen.

Got a pair of support hose and saw a hole in the crotch area that evening. They would not even consider a return/exchange. Horrible customer service. Ill stick with amazon and zappos.

I previously ordered a stethoscope and got it in a timely matter, so I decided to order some scrubs. Bad idea, I placed my order on November 29, 2013 and it is December 10, 2013 and I still haven't received my items. When I spoke with the two young ladies on separate occasions at the company I got two different reasons as to why my order had not arrived yet. Basically they don't know why the manufacturer hasn't sent them the merchandise. Still waiting patiently but will not be ordering from this company again.

The company for international sales requires a copy of the credit card and an ID, also the company has the worst customer attention center.
