Hi Chriscanda, We appreciate your feedback, all feedback is good feedback to us as we strive to be as transparent with our clients as possible. In your case, we never had a chance to move forward with the work that needed to be done do to issues with your account. I'm sorry your experience was not as you expected, we wish we were able to move forward on actually completing all the work that needed to be done. Still having scene results yet
Response from ReddiBuyJul 10, 2019
Hi Wanda, To be as transparent as possible we do not make promises or guarantees on how long the process may take as we strictly abide by the guidelines of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do see an average of 10.2 negative items removed over a 4 month period of time, some cases less and some cases more. The process can take some time due to the restrictions the credit bureaus may place on the number of items we can attempt to validate but we can ensure you we are working as hard as we can to remove any negative erroneous items being reported to your credit reports!
