Hi Erica, We're sorry to hear about your prior experience and we urge everyone to do their own research and due diligence on our company and how the overall credit repair process works. Although we do have great rapport with our client base and provide continuous communication and education as to how our clients can assist in improving their credit score(s) while we're doing our best to remove any negative erroneous items, by no means do we make any guarantees to the results our program will have as they can vary from person to person. We suggest doing your research on how the process works and the general timeline of how long the process could take in order to make an informed decision as to if our program is best for you.

Hi Wanda, To be as transparent as possible we do not make promises or guarantees on how long the process may take as we strictly abide by the guidelines of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do see an average of 10.2 negative items removed over a 4 month period of time, some cases less and some cases more. The process can take some time due to the restrictions the credit bureaus may place on the number of items we can attempt to validate but we can ensure you we are working as hard as we can to remove any negative erroneous items being reported to your credit reports!
