We've been using Recruiterflow as our ATS and CRM at LaunchWorks, and overall, it's been an excellent experience. What I particularly like is how intuitive and customisable it is. We specialise in GTM and executive search, so we need to manage a lot of candidate and client information, and Recruiterflow makes that pretty straightforward. We use quite a few custom fields, and the flexibility to set things up around how our team works is a big plus. The LinkedIn extension is also really useful. Being able to add candidates and contacts directly into the system saves us a lot of manual work. We've recently been exploring more of the automation, sequencing and AI features as well. There's quite a bit of functionality available that we hadn't fully taken advantage of. Overall, it's the best recruitment ATS I've used in my 20+ years of recruitment, it does what we need it to do and it does it really well. Would happily recommend, Recruiterflow has been game changing for us.

Great experience

When I started my own recruiting firm, I diligently tried out every CRM/ATS out there. RecruiterFlow is the only one that has everything I need, and I'm very happy I made the switch. Here are a few reasons to give it a try: * It's infinitely customizable to your own workflow preferences * seamlessly connects my email and LinkedIn * built-in AI is excellent * they're constantly listening to user feedback and implementing improvements * when I do need a human, the team is very responsive and helpful * built-in contact finding ability rivals paid services like Hunter or ZoomInfo * you can have it monitor things like - a person's job changes and investor portfolio tracking to stay up-to-date on everything in the market Are there a few things I think the platform could do better? Of course -- as with any software/system, there are some minor things (none of them dealbreakers in my mind). But they continually update the platform, keep the customer (me!) updated on changes, and allow for feature requests that you can actually track.

We've had a great experience with Recruiterflow. The platform is easy to use, but what really stands out is their support team. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to reach whenever we have questions or need assistance. It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely prioritizes customer support and follows through quickly. Highly recommended for recruitment teams looking for both a solid ATS/CRM and excellent service.
