Recruiterflow is a decent ATS. I switched from Zoho Recruit and found it easy to use. It did everything I needed, and support was responsive and helpful, until I wanted to cancel. You can’t cancel your account through the platform. You have to go through customer success, which, in my experience, turned into attempts to change my mind and requests to get on a call. I don’t need a call. I just need my account canceled. It’s been a week since I requested cancellation, and I’m still getting delays instead of confirmation. The experience has been frustrating enough that I may have to contact my bank about any further charges. A straightforward cancellation process would have left me with a much better impression.

I liked Recruiterflow at first, but recent issues with billing and prices increasing without notice has really put me off! I have to chase the billing team and CEO multiple times over the course of months... just to pay them. When you do get a reply it's very clearly AI that doesn't actually answer your questions. They never apologise for the delay or the inconvenience caused either.

Whilst Recruiterflow has a nice interface, a couple of nice drag and drop features, and the ability to boolean search your own database, some of the functionality just doesn't work, job ad posting integrations aren't set up properly, the dashboards don't work and their customer service is very bad. They never ever admit a fault, don't resolve anything and feel very much like a beta platform in a startup company. If you want something very very basic, it's a cheap entry point to get you started but also beware of their sales pitch over promises
