Recreation OutfittersReviews of recreation-outfitters.com

Raj was awesome to help me the way he did! He is a very effective customer service Agent.

We just moved to Florida and I needed a new dining set for our lanai. I finally found the perfect set at Recreation Outfitters. I had a few questions and called the company directly. I spoke to Raj who was absolutely wonderful. He answered all my questions and helped me with a delivery date that coordinated with our schedule. The set arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thanks for making this so easy for me. Your website is easy to maneuver and I am already starting my wish list.

I had a question regarding weather and maintenance and RAF got the information and called me back promptly.

Good communication and response. zour sales representative Raj provided all of the information we needed to make our decision.

We purchased a water trampoline from Recreation Outfitters and unfortunately had to return it for insurance purposes. Recreation Outfitters not only understood the issue I was dealing with but rectified the situation. I will definitely be making future purchases through Recreation Outfitters. Thank you.

With todays companies lacking real people on the other end of the phone and a take it or leave it scripted answer response....not here. The customer service team went above and beyond to satisfy the order and to make a challenging issue seem like a walk in the park.

Fast shipping. Item was exactly as described and worked.

RO website easy to navigate; price beat that of competitors.
