I did not see the configuration available. It recovered everything with the about best result it could. After a minute or so, most of the files it recovered suddenly disappear. Is it my PC's "cleaning"? I lost hours of progress.

This service is a SCAM! I got a demo file with a message inside that it's just a demo and after payment I will get the whole file. The demo file was 6 pages and the original file should be 60 pages. After paying I got the same demo file without the rest of the pages. The service has not been performed, more than 56 pages from the file are missing. This is plain cheating. Earlier, it should have been stated that only 6 pages can be recovered, not that the rest will be recovered after payment.
