RecordClickReviews of recordclick.com

Wow! Requested a copy of my birth certificate and it was delivered within a week. Great customer service when ordering it over the phone! Super communication skills: spoke clearly and repeated all the information for clarity. Two thumbs-up!

The genealogist took a real interest in my search for my biological parents. She had a compassion for things in my ancestry that she was very careful to share until she knew I could process it. She recommended relatives that enjoy ancestry ending up connecting with a cousin and large ancestry trees

My experience with Record Click was exceptional and mainly because I am on the trail of my third great grandfather who has been eluding me for a very long time. My daughter will never be satisfied until she has more proof, but it is difficult dealing with records before 1800 and I understand that. At least I have a direction now. I have downloaded all of the material and am so grateful to get the new information. It took two professional genealogists, actually three if I count the information Liz Stratton did about 10 years ago. By putting the three together, the story has started to emerge. I have been very please with the work that was done. Beverlee Koutny

This a great group of people that do great work. I am so happy to have found them and have used them several times for mystery ancestors, missing records, advice to go forward and frankly learning how genealogy work is supposed to be presented and found. I will continue to use their expertise when I need it. I have recommended their services with no reservations. Jeness Turner.

I have wanted to search my 93 yr old dad’s past for some time as he was a foster child in Scotland. My family knew almost nothing on him so felt it was a useless endeavour. But as covid 19 quarantined myself in my house and my dad in his seniors home I threw caution to the wind and hired recordclick.I was leary and really had a bad attitude as I thought “it’s just a money grab”.To my absolute delight ,I couldn’t have been more wrong.I am more than thrilled and shocked at what Quentin found for me.I would have never ever imagined in my wildest dreams to have the info I now have.It is absolutely amazing. This new info has helped both me and my dad to get through this quarantine and have so much to talk about during our telephone visits.Quentin also sent a summary of his expertise and knowledge of a difficult time in history to help shed some light on my dad’s situation back in the dirty thirties. This info bought tears of joy to my dad’s eyes and has lifted a 85 yr old grudge off my dad’s shoulders. This was a true gift and was absolutely more ,and was more ,than I could have asked for. I am so grateful to Quentin for a job very well done.

I had never heard of RecordClick until I started searching for alternatives to the major genealogy research firms. I had used them several times, usually with solid results. However, they tend to offer standard-size packages running into the thousnds of dollars. That was OK for some things, but not for the highly focused research that I needed. I gave RecordClick three very difficult challenges, one of them virtually impossible. Within a week or two I had very credible and extensive results on two of them. The third (impossible) one provided confirmation that it was not productive to pursue it further. The process lasted days instead of months, and I was in constant communication with David, the researcher, who made me feel like I was part of his team. The major companies still have their place, but RecordClick fills a niche in cases where cost is a concern and "highly likely" is a good enough answer that meets genealogical proof standards.

Overall I am happy I found this company to help me find what I was looking for. You research but you never know for sure what you are going to get. Kim is highly knowledgable, communication was great, and she goes out of her way to find extras for you. The information, documents, and ancestral tree work is excellent. I would want to work with Kim again for anything I needed or wanted further. She is highly competent and appreciated.

Dr. Kim Aldridge did an awsome job piercing a brick wall I struggled with for many years. She specializes in DNA geneology and not only discovered my true great grandfathers line but also followed and validated it back to the early settlers of the mid 1600's. RecordClick offers you the same quality as the more expensive services found at the more obvious ancestry and DNA websites but at a much better price. And they are honest about estimated time to complete a project. I never felt pressured to buy more time and the justifiable additional time was offered at a discount..
