Find Brothers
Record Click was asked to connect two men as brothers. They found two men that were on the same ship and said they were brothers. On further research of my own they were, in fact, not brothers. Two different parents.

*** 2018 Research - Unreasonable Customer *** Thank you Eric Hov for your feedback. Your research was done in 2018 and you paid a few hundred dollars to conduct your search. We repeatedly recommended that you have a complete search done so that we can spent more time proving the relationship. If what you're saying is true, then a FULL search would have provided more evidence. Rather, you decided to be cheap and now you feel that you have provide a negative review. Furthermore, after giving directions to your genealogist, half way through your project you decided to change the parameters of search. -Mary

Just disappointed
Just disappointed. My expectations were low going into this but to get absolutely nothing was very disappointing. I basically gave all the information to the researcher without any return. Nothing.

Dear Felicia, We sincerely apologize as we were not able to meet your full expectations. We can see that you’ve been searching for this same information for decades and it might be causing frustration. It was frustrating for us as well because we explained the condition of the records in the state, pulled in local experts, and eliminated a lot of the false leads in the historical record for you. It's really painful when customers write a review that makes it look like we didn't spend literally hours on the phone with volunteers and local experts, talking them through resource after resource. I think it's time to give up on this record search. We wish you the best of luck. Management
