what a great shopping experience
what a great shopping experience. I lost a new airpod found this company on line and two days later I had a replacement in my hand. What more can anyone ask? I’ll be back!!!

TOTAL LIARS.. THESE BIOTCHES CHARGED MY CARD FOR $54.99 WHEN I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! MY CU GAVE ME THEIR WEBSITE ADDRESS, PHYSICAL ADDRESS, TERMINAL ID INFO AND THEY WILL HEAR FROM MY LAWYERS BY THE END OF THIS WEEK

The company is very friendly and helpful ordered a left ear AirPod that I received damaged company took back the product and refunded credit card great help and service recommend this company highly for customer satisfaction

Extremely satisfied . They work perfect . Customer support is fast and the shipping was even faster . Highly recommend if you ever lose any of the AirPods. Set up was pretty straight forward

Satisfied with product and timeliness!
Needed an AirPods gen1 case. Received the replacement on time, and it works great! Lots of communication about the process of shipping and handling, which I really appreciated. I’m satisfied with my purchase and would use the site again if need be!

I lost my right beats fit pro .....
I lost my right beats for pro headphones while playing at the park with my kids. I found recell exchange and thought I would take a risk. They said they are legit beats fit pro. The order went smooth. The package arrived in days of ordering it. The quality is amazing. I would say 100% a beats fit pro. I'm always losing stuff so I'm sure I'll use there services again. But over all great experience.

Potential scam
Company sent item that was never received. Tracking shows it is stuck in usps facility but this Company refuses to issue me a refund. Most companies take the loss to avoid customer service issues. Not this company they need to make sure they get paid before you get your money back.

We did offer you a replacement and were going to upgrade you to FEDEX 2-day shipping for free. However, you chose a refund instead. The process for the claim has already been submitted to USPS. Once the claim has been resolved on their end, we will be able to refund you.
