I had just pulled my right AirPod earbud and it split. I googled Apple and saw that you needed an appointment to see if they could fix it. So I googled replacement AirPods and what popped up in my search was Re-Cell. I looked through the website to find the proper replacement for my right AirPod pro. Found it and matched it with the model number that would be correct for my AirPods. Very simple and easy. Placed my order, and it was delivered within a few days, but shipping does depend on what you select for shipping. The order comes with instructions on how to pair the loose AirPods, and it comes sanitized and cleaned. Would order from them again.

Not a trustworthy company. I won a giveaway of theirs on instagram. They tagged me and other people as the winners. I messaged them, and emailed them, and they ghosted me. They never responded, or gave me my prize. Any company who’d do that is not worth giving your business to.

This is my second order from RecellExchange. Yes, I am a returning customer. I am happy to say that my experience was even better than my first. At first, I was concerned that shipping was going to take longer than expected since it was coming from the other side of the country.. I wasn’t sure how many days I would be down from my Gym playlists. Amazingly, My order was received way ahead of schedule! (Expected on Friday, Arrived on Monday!) The item was received in perfect condition, The replacement bud seems as if it is in brand new condition minus OEM packaging. I would also like to say that I appreciate that the company takes customer feedback seriously. My last review I offered some feedback that I thought would be helpful to other customers and would have made my experience even better. This time around, I noticed that my suggestions were implemented exactly how I had described. This is how every company should operate. Well Done!

Saved my set of apple airpod pro1s multiple times when the right airpod went staticy. Apple wouldn't replace them under warranty but recell exchanged saved the day
