RecellExchangeReviews of recellexchange.com

my airpods case broke and I ordered a new one.

Recell was exceptionally fast with delivery and I was able to receive the replacement Sony charging case right before my tour. It worked perfectly, and it was in good condition. Being able to finally listen hands-free again was much appreciated!

The Company is great, I had made a mistake ordering, and I had emailed them about it, and they updated my order same day, customer service is extremely excellent. Will come here again!

I'm happy with the order process and results. Price is what it is, it's legit!

I ordered an ear bud replacement and it ended up being the wrong generation. Their exchange process is as simple as if you went into a physical store, as the return is processed and any difference in price with the replacement is immediately registered and accounted for. Then they process the shipping of the exchange right away. In email communications with them they were very responsive. Between the time I received the item I'd ordered, determined it was incorrect, and ordered the exchange was less than an hour.

Condition of the AirPod was great barely any noticeable scratches

The headphones was perfect condition and paired very easily with the instructions that they sent

Purchase was easy and the buds connected great with the step by step directions. Would definitely purchase from here again.
