I have a set of first gen air pods pro. The right pod started making a lot of static and other noise that made it less usable. I mostly just wore the left one but then I had no noise canceling benefit. I have had these EarPods since 2021 and I use them every day. I went through all the tutorials to see if it was something I could fix but no. I found Recell Exchange online and it seemed like an alternative to purchasing a new or used pair. The order process was quick and easy, the company stayed in touch with me and when I didn't get my order after 15 days. They jumped right on it and told me where and when my package had been delivered, which is a mail processing center for people living abroad. Everyone spoke with everyone and I received my package quickly after that. The issue seems to have been that the package handlers, who must inspect every package, were very concerned that there was just one earbud in the package and spent days looking for the other. All's well that ends well! Thanks for Recell Exchange for being so responsive and helpful. My AirPods are now just like new again. I will definitely do business with Recell Exchange again.

Was a little bit nervous about ordering used products, but when I received my AirPods, they were surprisingly clean! They have worked just fine for the past 2 months, and I’m so glad I was able to find AirPods 2, since I don’t like the newer versions. Honestly, an amazing deal!
