Recell has way more customer service than average. They also have a great variety of replacement accessories.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company, they have the worst customer service, they do not reply expediently! They sent me the wrong AirPod Pro, sending me the first generation, not the third generation, which I had ordered. I had requested that they overnight me the correct one since Tuesday. Today is Friday, and I would ship back their AirPod first generation.

I received my fitbit versa 4 in excellent condition as stated. However, I haven't been able to use the Fitbit watch face from Recellexchange . Because, when I was installing the new fitbit face to my old band the connector of the watch band broke. Anyway, once I receive a new watch band and install the versa 4 fitbit face . I am hopeful it will all work together. Fingers crossed !
