Reviews on them is terrible!! Just a land scam to cheat people out of the real value of you place! Your value of your place is about triple or more then these SCAMMERS are offering!! Do not deal with them!!

Sent a check for $7k along with a google photo of my dad’s house in the mail saying to sign the check and sell them the house. I started in July 6th 2026, working as an Acquisition Representative. Was Fired on July 23rd 2026. So very quick to fire here, and they really don’t set the Acquisition Team up for success. I Consider that bad ethics. My experience is this: Low Pay: $18,000 Salary, which is $8.65 an hour + Commission, which can take 45 days to close. The majority of us felt overwhelmed with Training and Quizes and deadlines to get them completed. While having to attend multiple virtual meetings, Software Training, compliance training, and more meetings all within the 1st week. 2nd week: We start getting on live calls. The leads are very low-quality leads; I hesitate to call them leads because a Lead to me is someone who is actually interested in your services. The majority of calls are dead air, lots of voicemails, not interested at all, or that person doesn't own the property at all, the property is in probate, or the Seller doesn't want to sell the property for that low of a number, which I understand they absolutely send very low-ball offers to sellers that would be insulting to most sellers, and Rebuilt will most likely always retrade to get bigger commissions spread. The leads that they have admitted to us would be low-quality leads starting out. What they didn’t explain very well to us is that you’ll sometimes wait for long periods of time to get a call at all, even over an hour and more. When you do get a call, the majority of the time it’s just dead air, or not the true owner of the property, voicemail, or the seller doesn't qualify to work with, or the seller is asking far too much with nothing to justify their own pricing of the property. So it’s very difficult to close deals starting. Let alone that nobody in my hiring class has closed a deal yet. So they fired me, saying I didn't get a contract out yet. When I have reached out to management to just go over things first before I do send out a contract on some of the sellers I was working. I reminded them I just started and to please listen and review the calls I have been receiving. I am not failing due to lack of effort here. I am failing due to not being set up for success with these leads, let alone the fact that I just started. Also, have made efforts to better myself with leadership to get better at my role, and they were too busy to help at the moment when they told me to call them at that specific time.

Received an unsolicited mail to buy my property. Picture of the house wasn't even mine. When I called to ask them why I have to unsubscribe from a mailing list that I have never subscribed to, the guy on the phone said he'd add it to the list for the marketing team and then hung up on me. Great customer service 🤣

My house was in a life estate to my only child who unfortunately passed away unexpectedly at 36 with a Vfib heart attack at work. They keep sending offers for my house to my deceased son. I am having a hard enough time emotionally without these idiots trying to buy a property that would not have been his until I died. I have left messages on their answering machine but still they send these mailers out.

These folks keep sending me mailers about property I own and will not sell these people are a joke and need to be jailed

Texted my personal number at 10:30 PM. Asset manager, Scott Darling, didn't care on how many properties I owned (saved that text message). Messaged me like I didn't know what I was doing. Passive aggressive techniques. I tried them once and they defaulted on offer and received no earnest money for them failing to uphold cash offer.
