Very easy to deal with and very fair

This was Rebuilt that sold my home in 1 month. They did everything quickly and professionally and made it a great sale.

Don’t ever ever deal with these scam artists Quincy or his partner C are lying scammers! Think I don’t know what my house is worth conditions and all I have a huge yard plus purchased 6ft x whatever more! You have to be out your mind to lie to people have them sign for one price then try and change the price! Jokes on you people cause you will NOT BE BUYING MY PROPERTY! To bad I can’t put the pictures of the paperwork haha I’m signed in my husbands spot he is signed in mine! Are you people even legit?

When I received the initial "check" in the mail I put it to the side because I knew it was a scam. But when my circumstances changed I decided to check into it. I have to say from the first call with Nat to the very last it was the easiest process. He answered so many questions for me and was so very personable and professional. I could not have asked for a better guide than him. Not only did they not go down on the price on the check, but they went up considerably after inspecting my home. I know the reviews are not great on here but in MY experience it was amazingly easy! Thank you Nat so much for being there from beginning to end! I truly appreciate you!!

Tried to trick my widowed mother in law with a fake check.

I got a fake check with picture of my rental property. It is a mobile home on 1.5 acres. Acreage in my area go for 35k per acre, tax value 55k, rental $1,100 per month. Rebuilt offered me $11,437. 🤣🤣😂😂 BTW Rebuilt, I've been a RE Broker here in NC for over 20 years. Is this a prank? 🤯

Sent me an offer 100k under market, what the heck kind offers are these people taking.
