Dear Andrea, we believe that your review is not fear. From what I can read here, you configured your main website's DNS to point to Rebrandly. This is a clear mistake from your side. When you configure a domain name that you already own, our steep by step process warns you many times (and also ask for an explicit consent) NOT to use a domain name that is already in use for another website. Please note that our support team is active h24 during working days and I'm sure they would have helped you in reversing the configuration very quickly without the necessity to un-farely assign us a one star review. Since the opinion of our customers is very important. I kindly ask you to remove the review or change the rating. Of course, we apologise in case the step by step guide for the domain setting is not clear enough and we will take in great consideration all the advice you will be able to send us via email.

Dear Steven, yes, we had a downtime of some specific domain names due to an external DDOS attack. Of course, we cannot know it in advance. Our engineers reacted immediately and updated our public status page (status.rebrandly.com) almost in realtime. Our support team answered immediately to all the questions and gave info/instructions on how to manage the situation from the customer side. In my opinion, your review is not fair.

Dear user, domain names registered with Rebrandly can only be used for branded links. They are generally less expensive (by far) than the market average. Usually, our margin on domain names is very low or even zero. Our gain is on pro services - other than the ones offered for free. Up to 500 branded links are for free. The feature you are speaking about is clearly described in our pricing page "main domain redirect". I believe we have been more than fair and transparent about our pricing. Rebrandly's support team is available h24 and very responsive, I think you should have talked with them before writing this one-star review.

As I’m sure you can understand, response time on weekends might be slightly slower than usual. Unfortunately, you did not identify yourself in the review so we cannot understand which support requests you are referring to.
