Nothing arreved after over a month, automated e mail reply

This site is a scam. Please do NOT go through what I have. They took my money and I got nothing!! They will not reply so do not worry about trying to email them!! You have been warned! I had to click on a star to give my review because they do not get 1 star! Big scam alart. My credit card company is trying to get my money back. Again do not use them.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER. Please someone of authority do something. We have all lost money on ordering from this company and I see they ship the doll to a warehouse Clery, UNIT A Dolphin Estate in Sunbury TW16 7HE. The doll arrived in some plastic wrapping as though it has been taken out of its original box and is NOTHING like the doll advertised and is definitely not worth the money I have paid BE CAREFUL people who are doing this. You are being watched and you will be arrested

The doll you receive looks nothing like the one you order. Do not purchase a doll from this company! This is the 2nd response I received “ We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation. You have claimed that item received was not as described. According to the information about your order, what you received is the same doll you ordered. They were made with the same face kit. Of course, because it is made by hand, there will inevitably be some subtle differences. And wearing different outfits will make them look a little different. Props used in photography are not included The doll's clothes in the picture are only used for shooting, the clothes are not in stock, so the doll's clothes was be sent at random. If you are not satisfied, we are willing to compensate you 10% of the value amount,would you agree? Looking forward to your reply.”. Beware of this company! They should not be allowed to be in business! The doll I ordered had blue eyes and curly light brown hair, the doll I received had straight black hair with dark brown eyes..nothing similar in the facial features either. You cannot talk to anyone other than email.

The doll on the website is not the doll you receive. It's is a hard plastic cheap doll that doesn't move. When I contacted customer services they told me it was the same doll just different clothes. When I tried to get an email address for a return I received an automated reply saying the email address did not exist. Do not recommend.

I paid 100.00 for a doll my grandchild wanted totally not the door very cheap plastic they are saying it has same face and body parts but clothes used in photo are props the doll face clothes everything really not same so wish i had checked this site out im now 100pound out of pocket and will have a upset grandchild very disgusted with this company do not buy from this site

What a shame…. I wanted to give this website a try because I really wanted one of these dolls and their pictures are horribly different than what you actually get in the mail. I really wish I could post my side by side photo I took comparing the two. It’s ALL vinyl NO silicone at all it’s not bendable or soft it’s all hair on the inside unlike silicone. Just beware. Hope this helps!
