RebelsMarket has changedRebelsMarket previously operated as an online marketplace where independent sellers listed and fulfilled alternative-fashion products. That marketplace model has ended.Today, RebelsMarket is being rebuilt as a made-to-fit leather goods company. We work directly with selected workshops to produce footwear and jackets after each customer orders. We recognize that the transition was not handled as well as it should have been. Some reviews here relate to the former marketplace, while others reflect problems experienced during our transition. We are not asking customers to overlook those experiences. We are resolving outstanding concerns, strengthening our fit and quality-control processes, improving communication and inviting current customers to share honest feedback. We know that trust cannot be restored through an announcement. It must be earned through how we serve every customer moving forward.
Rebels Market (rebelsmarket.com) has 284 customer reviews on Five Star Index, with an average rating of 3.8 out of 5.

Finding alternative clothing in Canada is next to impossible - especially as a male - and EMP (Europe) doesn't deliver here. So, I googled around and came across Rebelsmarket. I was a bit hesitant after reading reviews on external platforms like reddit. However, I decided to make an order. Positive: * Ok prices. * Good selection. * Smooth communication with Rebelsmarket. Negative: * slow (expected) delivery - 2 months. * the quality was overall ok, but some items had poor sewing and weak threads (but that can easily be fixed). * Sizes are a bit small - if you usually wear L, consider XL. Conclusion: I'll order again for sure.

This company offers a refund policy that seems adequate. However if a product you purchased was shipped from Pakistan, returning it to Pakistan for a refund can cost $50. RebelsMarket should reveal details, such as "hand made" in the product description as well as where the product must be shipped for a refund. I appreciate the product maker accepting my return but it was only then that I became aware that it must ship to Pakistan. I will not be buying from them anymore unless I am prepared to just loose the cost of the item.

Hi, Peter, We apologize for the issues you have experienced, and we understand your frustration. As informed earlier via [email protected] email. We are an online marketplace that hosts thousands of sellers around the world who manage their products, and this product was from one of the manufacturers in Pakistan. Further, It is clear in our refund and returns policy that hand-made or customized items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged. Despite this, the seller graciously accepted your return request. We are willing to go above and beyond and assist with this return. We respectfully suggest returning the item to the provided address via USPS since they offer cheaper rates as advised earlier and deliver without any problem. Rest assured, we will refund as soon as the item has been delivered to the seller. Once again, apologies for the inconvenience caused. Best Regards, Grace

Purchased a fashion underbust corset. It's very well made and fits true to the website sizing. It arrived promptly in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier and will be purchasing other items from them in the future.
