RebelsMarket has changedRebelsMarket previously operated as an online marketplace where independent sellers listed and fulfilled alternative-fashion products. That marketplace model has ended.Today, RebelsMarket is being rebuilt as a made-to-fit leather goods company. We work directly with selected workshops to produce footwear and jackets after each customer orders.We recognize that the transition was not handled as well as it should have been. Awesome clothes at a good price
Rebelsmarket has a variety of styles that are hard to find anywhere else. They have great quality clothing. Anyone looking for goth, visual kei, alternative, etc should go here.

No item and no way to get any help that i can find
I ordered an item with over a month to allow for shipping. Item was coming from china. The tracking company used only shows it was in china 16 days ago. No other information. I emailed the seller but i dont see anything else i can do. I should have stuck with ebay. The day of the event i needed the dress for is here and i have to start all over with out the money i spent. If i do get a response i will update this but for now i say No i will not use this company again.

Like to be different!?
I really like the products this website carries, and like the market feel, I have ordered a number of items and love them all however you do have to be careful with sizing because when following their guidelines I've found the clothing to be far to big. Also, it's a real shame everything takes so long to arrive. Whenever I've contacted customer services they have always responded very quickly and chased information up for me so all good! :-)

Could have been better customer service
I returned a pair of shoes that were too big for me. I had only tried them on for two steps and I walked straight out of them so, logically, I returned them to pick a smaller size. But when I chased up the refund I was accused of wearing them and causing the logo to be worn off with scuff marks on the bottom. I was only going to get a store refund which after such feedback I duly declined but I had to argue the fact that on tiles and one step in each shoes that did not stay on my feet were NOT able to cause such damage. Plus I had noticed that the logo was pale but thought nothing of it as it may have been a printing issue. I did get a refund in the end but I did not appreciate such an accusation

Overall, very good
I buy quite a bit from here, I would say roughly once a month. I haven't had any issues as of yet, and I really like the products they carry. Everything is decent quality, and the shipping is pretty reasonable, especially when there are free shipping options.
