Love the first two books but....
Love the first two books! My daughter and I have enjoy reading them together. I was so excited to pre-order the journal this year, but very disappointed to learn that the "personalized" cover just has a spot for her to hand-write her name. I had assumed that personalized meant we could have her name printed in the cover. Still, eager tongive this to her for a Christmas present.

++ Delayed shipping
I ordered the book on October 4th. It is now November 11th and I still have yet to be notified that it has even shipped!!! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and I thought I had ordered it in plenty of time.... now I am not so sure.

We don't get a true invoice
We don't get a true invoice, perhaps because we're dealing with Amazon?? Can be overly complicated ordering online. A rep would be nice. Love the product and otherwise service is just fine.

Overall really positive experience
Overall really positive experience. I started off with buying it for a friends daughter. I change my mind so I had to communicate the change of name on file and it was no problem. Someone replied to my request in a timely fashion. Delivery receive with no problems either.
