Love Books, Difficulty with Payment Option/Cancellation
We love, love, love the books! However, when we ordered, we had a challenging time with the payment process. On the website, we did not have an option to select a credit card. The one stored on my computer was my work card and the site automatically charged this one. When I tried to cancel my order via a link, it did not allow me to do so. I then wrote customer service at Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls and cited my order number and issue, but received no response. This caused much difficulty because I have to now go through a protocol to provide a receipt and explanation and then get reimbursed for a mistake through the business office at work. All of this could have been avoided with a simple cancel option or even a customer service response. I write because I am not sure if you are aware of these issues and do not want you to loose future business. We recommend the books to all, but will likely recommend people to shop for them at their local bookstore instead. Warm regards, Jen

New website is better. Still lots of emails about shipping etc. I wish an invoice came in the box so person on the floor can process immediately.

People love this book!
People love this book! Who doesn't want to empower their daughters, granddaughters, nieces, friends? It is easy to read, challenging in content, inspiring and true. What's not to love?
