I ordered a book on December 20th and paid extra for expedited 2-day shipping assuming it would arrive before Christmas if I was lucky, but worst case it would arrive on the 26th. I check the tracking on December 24th and it hadn't shipped yet, so I emailed the company on the 24th and got a message that the offices are closed until January 2nd. Today is December 27th and the book STILL hasn't shipped. I should have just ordered from Amazon.

The book came quickly and was well packaged so that the corners of the book were not damaged at all. The quality is above expectation for me.

Ordered two for my daughters’ Christmas gifts on dec 19. I paid for two day shipping and they never arrived and still show a status of “label created not shipped” I sent and email prior to Christmas to inquire when items would be shipped. No response to dat and it’s december 26th. Of course the money was taken from my account. I just left a Voice mail to see if someone can check as to why this order never went anywhere.

Excellent customer service, even when my package got lost. They helped and replaced it.

I love the journal, it is very fun and perfect for me!
