Excellent design and quality of the product. It's rather expensive for a kid's book in Canada, but worth it for the families that have higher incomes. My daughter was hooked on it and is delving into the podcasts as well. She's looking forward to the second volume when she's finished the first one.

I made a mistake on my order. I first tried the on line “help” box. I recieve an instant message back stating they would contact me in 1-3 business days. They never contacted me! I searched for a phone number, found one on the web site. When I called it was busy!!! I call multiple times.

Hello Jenny, First, I'd like to thank you for your feedback. All feedback is appreciated and helps us to create better processes in the future. We were away for the Christmas holiday. The automatic confirmation email you received from us explained that our business was closed from Dec 22 - Jan 2. In the future, we'll also place this info on our website, as I do understand how it can easily be missed in the automated email. I sent you an email today with more information. Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns. Best Regards, Shantée
