I really like their products and bouger…
I really like their products and bouger several Times but the way the customer service was not reassuring at all when I had a delivery incident.

Alexandra, I'm honestly surprised by this review. La Poste of France confirmed 100% that they had delivered your items to you. However, you couldn't find them and I immediately dispatched replacement items without hesitation. I also paid you a compliment as a thank you for being a return customer. The only thing I asked you to do was check with your neighbours if the package had been handed to a resident of another apartment (very common for postal staff/couriers). We have 12 emails back and forth from your order to ensure you were happy and received the replacement items after you mis-translated my thank you. If you look at all of my previous reviews, the rare negative is usually due to shipping (which I cannot control once I have dispatched your order) but the service I always provide to my customers is what gets the 5 stars, because I just want people to feel good and be happy. I'm sorry you didn't understand, but I acknowledge there may be language barriers and misunderstandings, and I wish you the very best for the future. Gary

I loved the product
I loved the product, everything, and I have not yet delivered it to the person it is intended for. I wait until April 23 because in Catalonia it is Valentine's Day and it is customary to give a rose to the people you love. Rose-shaped rings are a safe and special gift. thank you.
