Shipping needs Improved.

Love this store and their customer service. A few minor hiccups with the orders but they were always rectified quickly :) the stone did fall out of one of the rings but a lil jewellery glue and its perfect!

The website was easy to navigate as well as easy to determine proportions from seeing previous reviews! But the tracking updates didn't work for me.

Great service, great comms and nice products. I ordered two rings and they were shipped to the Netherlands separately, probably because the one was available and the other one not yet. Rebelger could have waited for both items to be available and shippd at the same time, but they choose to at least send the one so I didn't have to wait. Not a very sustainable choice but it proves that Gerry takes the extra step to satisfy their clients. Thank you so much. Love the items and will be back some time.
