Very accurate and transparent
Compared to TopCashback, I find rebatesme has been more accurate without withdrawal or denial of cash back.

I don’t know where my cashback went
I don’t know where my cashback went. I didn't receive it. I wrote to support, no response :(

Hi, we sent the email to you via [email protected] on 12/24. Maybe you can check the spam folder. According to our records, your Cash Back of $76.2 was successfully processed and paid to the card on your account on 12/22/2023. Credit Card Cash-outs can take up to 10 business days to appear in your balance, depending on the company associated with that Credit Card. If by 1/1/2024 payment has still not reached your Card please reach out again. Thank you!

Great company for cash back on online purchases!
Didn't know the company existed but got an email about it. I use Rakuten as well but almost always Rebatesme.com beats them out in the percentage of cash back. I still don't know how to collect it but I'm sure I'll learn soon.

How do I stop this? They take money out monthly and I don't use it at all.

After you join RebatesMe, you agree to keep your Account information current, complete, and accurate by periodically updating the information through RebatesMe. Except where prohibited by applicable law, if you haven't earned Cash Back for more than twelve (12) consecutive months, RebatesMe reserves the right to debit your Account balance $1.99 per month (“Account Maintenance Fee”) to recover the cost of account maintenance in its normal course of business until you reactivate your Account by earning Cash Back or until your account balance is zero.
