Thank you for your feedback! The $1.99 is a monthly account maintenance fee that is deducted from any available cashback in your account if your account goes unused for more than a year. Since you made a recent purchase, your account has been reactivated and you will no longer see the deduction. To keep your account active you need to make one purchase per year through RebatesMe. Poor cash back site. Stay away.
Poor cash back site. Shopping trips are not recorded properly. The one that are recorded shows pending for months. By that time sign-up bonus time expires. All this rules and procedures are to scam or deny cash back to customers.
