Extremely disappointed and frustrated…
Extremely disappointed and frustrated with RebatesMe. My account has been locked for more than a year, and I still have no proper explanation or resolution. I have contacted RebatesMe multiple times regarding this issue, but my account remains inaccessible. What makes this even more frustrating is that I continue to receive promotional emails from RebatesMe while being denied access to my own account. A customer account should not be locked for over a year without a clear explanation, proper communication, or a reasonable resolution. This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I am asking RebatesMe to provide a clear explanation for the account restriction and restore my account as soon as possible. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend RebatesMe to anyone.
