More engagement for non-techsavvy users
I think it just lacks some engagement with non-tech-savvy users. A more attractive user interface for non-advanced users should be able to help.

Hat sich ohne mein Wissen installiert.
Hat sich ohne mein Wissen installiert. Alles was sich einfach so irgendwo mitinstalliert generell unseriös. Macht auch ne Menge Arbeit den Spaß vollkommen vom System zu entfernen.

Acredito que a plataforma deveria ter a opção do cliente cancelar a inscrição. E não ser obrigado a contatar um atendimento da empresa.
