Re:amazeReviews of reamaze.com

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They pretend they are UK based but actually from China. We bought lamps from there and they are all of really bad quality and have chinese plugs - not what you expect from a company called 'lunara lights london'. I wish we had done better research of this company as we have now bought lamps we cannot return and we have lost that money.

Allows for SCAM companies such as Nancy London who sell clothing without any possibility of complaint, returns or refunds - reamaze.com should be aware!

We have been using Reamaze chat for a few years now and the experience has been phenominal. I would recommend to anyone who requires a chat platform for the website.

Ik kreeg een goedkope plastic ventilator opgestuurd onder het mom van airconditioning voor 89.- euro’s. Zoiets zou ik never nooit doen laat staan kopen. Het zijn oplichters! Niets kopen van dit bedrijf!

Had no idea that purchase was from China, especially given that re:amaze promotes itself as JONES LONDON. Delivery time excessive and returns unreliable due to 'customs' system. Company has written to advise that a return will likely be unsuccessful due to customs restrictions and time to process.

Purchased from Zolani. Never received the goods, and received very strange responses whenever I followed up. They eventually asked for my identify document number which was not necessary. Complete and utter scam

Materiaal is van Shein, dus zooi en wil je ruilen dan moet je fors extra bijbetalen. Trap er niet in.

I have been their client, for 1 month, because simply I just couldn't cope with the bugs and level of support that is absolutely below any standards. Now, I asked if they could please email me my 1 month invoice, for I have paid for the 1 month service, and they said (I quote): "We do not hang on to documents and user information for more than 2 days once the account has been canceled" So, they have a license to steal, not only from me, but from their own government :) Keep up the GREAT work guys! :)))
