I placed an order online for a certain product and paid an exorbitant price. When I received my order from Michelle Smith, it was NOT what I had ordered. Their response was that the supplier said it was the same product, just different packaging. She has my money, and now all I get is automated replies. I will advise people who are not wealthy, and desperately need help, to be aware of their ability to refund,as stated in the Facebook advert. I now sit with stuff that I did NOT order, and out of pocket for more than my monthly income. Cyber crime is apparently the biggest form of theft, and I will no longer buy anything from Facebook.

It used to work, now nothing does. Send messages, they never get to their destination Their reply (it isnt their fault) or its a bug they have fixed Now they are sending messages to customers at random and closing conversations which have just been opened! I am leaving

We attempted transitioning to Re:amaze CRM from Gorgias, hoping for better features and support—but experienced nothing but frustration and wasted resources. Their supposed "AI" is incredibly ineffective. For ecommerce businesses with multiple stores and multiple languages, setup is an absolute nightmare. You have to manually program each store separately, spending weeks on something that other platforms handle seamlessly. The AI, in reality, has no intelligence at all, making this CRM useless if you're managing anything more complex than a single store in a single language. Support was completely unhelpful and outright rude. Despite contacting them repeatedly, different agents provided responses that solved absolutely none of our multiple system issues. They repeatedly claimed they'd escalate my issues to their "top tier team," but weeks later, I’m still waiting for any meaningful solution or even a basic update. We wasted considerable time and money on this platform. The glowing reviews elsewhere seem suspicious, as the errors we encountered were clearly issues on Re:amaze’s end, confirmed but never resolved by their own support team. Avoid this CRM at all costs—it's a costly mistake.

Jeg købte et par sneakers på nettet, de var nedsat til halv pris, kr. 369,-. jeg fik ingen bekræftelse, men 2 dage senere blev betalingen trukket på min konto. 6 dage senere skrev jeg til firmaet ortopedics-copenhagen nogle mails senere havde e fundet min ordre og jeg modtog skoene 14 dage efter bestilling. Skoene lugtede stærkt af kemikalier, har ingen indersål så man går på plastik sålen og er af en kvalitet der højst koster 119,- i en discount butik hvis der er indersål. nu har jeg klaget og forlangt en retur adr. og pengene tilbage. så nu har jeg ikke hørt noget i 4 dage. Fup og svindel.

The customer service team I have emailed at reamaze have lied to me that’s 4 different names. The original email an are laughable & I intend to use them as a training tool in my retail business……What NOT to do, embarrassing performance. VIBO is a total scam setup, avoid! I "purchased" two de-icing heaters from them which did not arrive so "Angela" in a return e-mail apologised and said they would send another pair immediately! They did not arrive and I got an identical e-mail response. For three times I have asked for my money back, one of which had a irrelevant return.
