Great Product with Amazing Customer Service! The needle bearing kit helped fix a creak on my Yeti SB100 and Chris was really helpful through the process. I love the precise fit and quality. I will order again and tell my friends about RWC.

Chris has supported my purchase with lightning quick replies. Very knowledgeable on his product and helpful. Will shop with RWC again. Thank you!

Chris and RWC take customer service to new heights. He spent a lot of time helping me understand what specifically which parts are needed and why.

I'm a repeat customer of RWC. I have ordered bearing sets for mountain bike suspensions, bottom brackets, and parts for maintaining suspension systems. Their customer service is great, shipping is fast, and they sell high quality products. In the bicycle world these days counterfeit parts are a huge problem from places like Amazon-- but RWC sells the real stuff at great prices.
