RealvowReviews of realvow.com

I purchased the hoover game and the hockey game back on November 18th never received The hoover game was giving them the benefit of doubt because of all orders being done online i emailed three times and no response i must say i am truly disappointed in this company and i will never order online through face book again.

I also purchased 2 Sets of the HoverShot Floating Ball Shooting Game Sets, $99.99 on 12/15/20. The amount was immediately charged to my credit card. However, I've yet to receive them or any correspondence regarding them. I've sent 2 emails and a 3rd before this review. I've yet to receive a reply! I wish I would have read these reviews sooner. I thought this seemed fishy considering it's been this long. I've made other online purchases with other companies and have received everything! The previous reviews have definitely confirmed my suspicions!

I ordered the hover shot for my son 12/1. Never received the item. They took the money out of my account the same day I ordered. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS. Don’t trust this company. How horrible to do to hard working people.

Ordered for Christmas was told that I would have by then. On December 14th the money was taken out of my checking account. $64.99As of today I still have not received the game. I need the money put back into my account! Thank You Linda Cronk

I ordered on 10/25/2020 expecting up to 6 weeks for delivery due to Covid. On 1/25/20 I emailed that order not received and informed expect delivery delay related to Covid. As of 1/23/2021 order now company is not responding to my emails, and no phone number to call. I too will file a complaint with the BBB and will spread the word not to do business with Realvow.

I placed my order on December 15th and still have not received my order. I have contacted them twice by email and have received no response. From what I can see, there is no phone number to contact them via phone. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau but hope that I can prevent someone else from being taken advantage of.

I ordered hover shot games on November 28th. They arrived the second week of January. The hover shot games are trash. I have tried multiple time to contact Realvow via email to get return instructions. No response. I am returning them to the address on the box that they came in. My credit card company is not paying them for these. I hope you will steer away from this company. They are very untrustworthy.

I ordered my toys on Dec 5th and was charged $99 immediately. Today is Jan 21st and I have heard nothing and have not received anything from them. I’ve sent 2 emails, but based on the reviews. I’m sure they are not being read. SCAM.
