Ball was delivered today completely broken. The packaging and ball was literally squished and of course I can not reach customer service.

Ball came completely destroyed due to the poor packaging. Judging by other reviews I am doubtful that I will get a refund.

DO NOT FALl FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY! I saw them advertised on Facebook, paid over £60 for what I though was a revamped petrol canister mini bar. I doubted my order and raised a complaint with PayPal and the sellers assured me they weren’t scammers and that I would get my order…well I did a month later but nothing like what I expected for the money. Instead I received a fabric petrol can sand which box! Disgusted with them and their prices, you get no reply from the company and little chance of your money back!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! I ordered merchandise for Christmas presents from them in early December. I never received any order confirmation or shipping information, and NEVER received the merchandise.

I purchased a toy from here for Christmas 2020 on Dec 12th, 2020. They charged my credit card immediately and never sent anything. I never even received a tracking/shipping email so it's a scam. I have emailed the "customer service" address and never got a response. I ended up filing a claim with my credit card company. I saw this advertized on instagram by the way.

The 2nd was really see-through - which was neither pictured nor stated in the catalog. The boots were absolute junk. They were glued in places boots are normally stitched and made of thin pseudo suede. The ad pictured sturdy, good quality boots not even remotely like what I received. I submitted the first of many emails within hours of receiving the pkg. All emails were ignored completely until it was past the return deadlines I reach the company on this info which is Eight 𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇ᶠⁱᵛᵉ𝒻ᵢᵥₑ ₜ𝓌ₒ ₒₙₑ ⁷²⁴⁵ Really cheap and unforgivably long shipping time I was able to return this Garbage to the company But one pair was really cute although I’m concerned about how long they’ll last because the fabric seems cheap. Do not buy from this company. I purchased a hoverball game for my grandson on Dec. 8, 2020. They charged my credit card 69.99 the day the order was placed. It is now March 8, 2021. No game delivered and they are unresponsive to emails. I called Shopify and they said to contact the bank, which I will do today. They are crooked, a scam. If I could give negative stars I would do it. Spread the word.

I purchased the hoverball as a Christmas gift. I had to file a fraudulent claim with the bank on this because 2 months went by & I never received my order. I've sent numerous emails and I never got a single reply back. So obviously it's a scam! I'm going to share this with as many people that need to know. People work hard for their money, they don't deserve to be scammed trying to buy something that seems Legit.
