I had read bad reviews about their company and eventually spoke with the president who convinced me that those reviews were related to companies that they contracted with that did long moves. I was told that they managed moves within the state of Florida and he might even personally show up for the move. The contract date was for 8/3/2026. Was told everything would be confirmed 5 days prior. 24 hours before the move I finally get a call confirming 8/4/2026. My closing was scheduled for the 3rd and the buyer was moving in that afternoon. So I was left with 12 hours to make another plan after the contract had been booked 6/19/2026. So it cost me $500 for terrible and ultimately no service because they refused the refund

Oh my goodness. I have NEVER in my life dealt with such a “family” business that uses the customer’s situation as a way to get their hard earned money to NOT render services. After multiple attempts to completely cancel the service, at the advice of Samuel I put the move on hold only to call and have Katie and Sandi say that I will NOT be able to get my $2500 deposit back. I’m just disgusted especially as a veteran on a fixed income to not be able to get my money back. I don’t want to give the service to a family member or friend or use for a later date as offered by Sandi. I would have preferred that just as persistent as they were about getting my deposit that they would have been just as adamant about their policy regardless to me reading the contract or not. Like I told Sandi— I will not be using their “family” moving company nor referring to anyone I know, friend or foe! Note to self, read BBB reviews before signing a contract or providing a deposit!

If your thinking of hiring this company please don't. I hired them and was lied to from the beginning. They told me it wouldn't be a problem on the day I chose. I was forced to take a different day. When I told them what I was moving they didn't include the wrapping the tvs the mirrors, the mattresses. They were aware I live in a townhouse with stairs. I was charged an extra 300.00. At the end my bill was $1400.00 more than my original price. One of my tvs were broken and they offered me 50.00 and told me to go to Facebook market place and buy another one. Please don't hire this company.

This company hounded me and hounded me constantly calling me. After deciding to go with a U-Haul because of price they called me again after the fifth time and said they could pick up my belongings move them to Michigan from Floridaand unpack them for me for only $300 more than the U-Haul. I provided an itemized list of everything we had and they said no problem. I paid a $350 deposit before they came to pick up and the. When they got there I was to pay $500 and another $500 upon delivery. Once the movers arrived they looked at everything we had and said it would be double the price because it was more than the square footage allowed on the truck. Even though everything there was exactly what I described them. Obviously I couldn’t afford double the price. This was on a Sunday and I tried to call the company and got no response. I told the movers to forget it because I couldn’t afford double the price! After calling the company on Monday and going back and forth on email with them they would not refund my $350 deposit even though I was guaranteed a non-changing price when I signed on with them. This company does bait and switch and is very dishonest. Avoid st all cost!

DO NOT USE!!!!! I told him I felt pressured and that I was being scammed but Christopher was such a smooth talker I let him convince me otherwise. BIG MISTAKE!!!! I was told "no extra charges, no tax, the quote is the total price". NOPE!!!! I got an email after agreeing telling me that my TV's had to be boxed, pictures had to be in boxes, etc. I specifically told this man that I had "a stack" of pictures, etc. I am now being told that the $1200 I put down as a deposit is non-refundable. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!! This exact same thing happened to my cousin with a different company when she moved from CA to AL. I should have known. I will see this company in small claims court. And I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone use them!!!!!

I was really excited to book with Real Time Relocation when I receive the phone call from Ryan. However, I regret it 110%. This company is unprofessional and lacks communication. My items were on the road and no one gave me any updates on who would be the carrier. Which left me with plenty of questions for Ryan who was already on vacation two maybe three days prior after I booked with them. After calling around for hours, I was finally able to get a hold of someone who told me Ryan was on vacation leaving me, clueless at where my belongings were. I would highly recommend for anyone not to book with this company.
