Hello Thomas! Thanks for your review! I apologize for the delays, as we've been experiencing delays because of the holiday season. With that being said, orders still need to be processed as that isn't included in the delivery/shipping time of 5-7 days. Meaning orders need to be packaged, and must go through customs processing (the step causing the processing delays). Looking at your order, with the pandemic still going on, there are unconsistant delays as a result of low staff and flights/cargo heading to ALASKA.
