The clothes are good quality but the shipping takes too long. I have ordered clothes a month ago and yet still no arrival. I have contacted support and I am currently waiting for a reply. This is the second time in a row in which it has been a month since ordering with no arrival.

Overall, I would say this brand is quite good. Their quality is quite nice but one thing I would like to point out is that their sizing is weird (understandable considering it's an asian company). I'm around 6'1 and I bought a pair of trousers which were 2XL but even with that it could have been a little longer. However one thing I absolutely hate about this company is their dreadful shipping. Tell me why it takes them like 1 week to process my order and then a further 2 weeks to actually deliver my items. I just received my items today and I placed my order on the 13th December. If you are considering buying from this company don't worry about the quality because it's actually pretty nice but please take into consideration that their shipping will be LONG and I mean very long.

Shipment and delivery system very slow. Unable to find tracking numbers. Package not received after over a month. Quality of goods is high, if you’re prepared to wait a while for the clothes then it’s a good brand.

Too small and couldn’t return pants

It took a long time to ship and one of the clothes doesn't look nothing like it did in the image.

Quality is not high enough to meet expectation. Delivery took too long, almost a whole month.

I give it a 3 stars because the first time I bought something from here, it came smaller than I wanted it to be. Then I searched only and it said that Asian clothes sizes are different from American clothes sizes. I feel like the website should put a Japanese size to American size comparison chart so we could pick the right size.

All the Clothing articles arrived and were great. But for my Retoure I sent out almost over a month ago, I still haven’t got my refund.
