Shipment took a long time but it was a Black Friday order and they emailed to inform there would be a delay. Beautiful product happy with the quality

Really good quality and ships fast

Rien à dire les produits sont bien arrivés, dommage qu'il ait eu un retard c'est pour cela que je ne met pas 5 étoiles. Cela a pris 3 semaines mais je suis certains que sans le retard cela aurait pris moins. Produits de qualités, produits intactes, tailles parfaites (le site vous conseil les tailles a prendre pour les européens). Si je pouvais donné un avis sur le site je dirais qu'il faudrait rajouter un filtre dans les vêtements selon leur genre (exemple : n'afficher que des jeans etc.)

Waited a whole 2 months and then when i get the order everything is not what I ordered didnt even get the ring i wanted lol n nothing was the same size

Really good quality if I’m being honest, the stitch work is too clean and the puffer I ordered did take a while however I believe it’s totally worth the wait. GLAD I purchased the puffer. It’s also super comfy I can literally use it as a blanket 😭 will be buying more from this brand <3

Product is good, but delivery is very long. It took about a month. Exchange/return is impossible. Emailed and followed instructions per their website. Sent picture as requested. No one returned my exchange request. Just went silent. But I continue to get promotion emails and asking to do a review. I tried to avoid it and give them time. BUT here we are. I will not buy from Realtakai again.
