Refuses to refund or pro-rate…
Refuses to refund or pro-rate subscriptions even on the day of renewal. Shady practice. If the product was so good, they wouldn't behave this way. Think twice before using this expensive ($19/month) product as you'll likely be paying more than you planned. The product itself worked well, though the amount of recipes is incredibly limited unless, of course, you pay twice as much per month to have access to a recipe pack. This is a $2.99-quality service relying on forced renewals of $19 for profits

It was hard to use
It was hard to use. I have fodmap allergies and it was hard to find recipes without garlic or onions. Also when yo change the serving size the measurements inside the recipe don't change and it makes shopping difficult. I only used it for 2 weeks it was a waste of money.

Not what I thought it was
I never even opened the app or used the service. I misunderstood what this was and signed up thinking it was part of Whole 30 because of an endorsement and an ad. By the time I realized my error, I reached out and they refused to give me my money back because I was beyond the allotted days for return. They wouldn't even agree to a partial return. Made me sad more than anything else.

Hi Mary - it has never been our intention to make anyone feel sad!!! Was there a reason you didn't try the service when you first purchased it? Contact support and we can get you up and running again, so that you can benefit from all the work we have done. We are in this for people to feel better, not worse. The Whole30 is amazing. (I have done it myself a couple of times) - this is Antony, the CEO., and I really hope you get to benefit from all the work we done on this solution.

Scam Alert!! Stay away!!!
When I found out that I was wrongly subscribed to this, I contacted the customer service who replied with such an attitude that they couldn't refund me even thought I hadn't subscribed!!! Stay away from this!!!!

Oh no, Dan. I am sorry to hear you had issues... was your credit card hacked? We can only charge your credit card if the details are provided through our secure online cart.
