I switched from a carrier that claimed to have coverage in many places in tour with bands for a living and there was a few times on a national tour I lost service due to no coverage so I switched over. I have had no issue with Really at all in fact in places where on my old carrier I had two to three bars I have full coverage now

Their customer service is incredible and they don’t sell your data! As a matter of fact they help you to encrypt your data better then every other wireless provider out there!! I’ve only had their service for a couple of months but am by far way happier then I ever was with Verizon!!

What caught my attention initially was that they don’t collect or sell any of your data. My info keeps getting compromised in data leaks that are due to large companies collecting and selling it online. Since then I’ve done a lot to protect my personal data online and I love that this company helps me do that. I’ve had Verizon for many years but lately their service has gone off the deep end and I was getting slow speeds and constantly getting dropped calls. I haven’t had any issues with my service with Really and my bill has gone down by around 60% from what I was paying with Verizon. All in all there haven’t been any downsides to switching from Verizon, only perks. I wish they were more well known so I could convince friends and family to make the switch. I’ll keep spreading the word and hoping that this company blossoms because it truly is a diamond in the rough in this technological day and age.

This is my 2nd month with really wireless and I'm so happy I switched to this company, quality of service is very important with a phone company and this company has it, thank you so much for all your great qualities and service, I look forward to the future!

This company is by far the best‼️ today I was having an issue understanding my bill, Ram was more than happy to assist me and cleared up any confusion I had. In the end I'm am even more happy to be part of this company cause for 2 lines I'm paying less than I would have been paying for 1 line with Verizon and I have unlimited everything! I love my really phone service, not only is it super cost effective and better coverage than other phone carriers there customer service is amazing and very helpful as I have had to use it a couple time for minor issues was having and they very quickly addressed my issues and help he resolve it

So far so good! We are glad to have an alternative to Verizon in our rural area. We are hoping after a couple more months we know if it is worth bringing our other lines over to REALLY. Thank you!
