The service is great and the customer service is unparalleled. I have a deaf spot or two, but I live in a very rural area that ever provider struggles with to some degree. If you have any problems, the customer support team is ridiculously fast and will not give up until your problem is solved.

I've had Really for 3-4 months now and at first I was skeptical, it seemed to drop connection every now and then and seemed kinda slow but hey, I was saving over $100 a month for a better plan. After about a week or so though, all of the issues went away and me and my wife have not noticed any issues since then. Obviously it's a different coverage map than when we were on At&t since they use Tmobile til they can get enough hosts or whatever so some spots that I used to have coverage near me I don't now but some spots I used to not have coverage near me, I do so it's an even trade. I like the vision of what Really is trying to do so I will recommend it to anyone who asks.

Ever since my wife and I had joined this service, it’s been nothing but 100% fantastic. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

Signing up was very easy and I was online in only a few minutes. Didn't have to do much on my end to get the service to work. Service has been rock solid and I'm getting faster download speeds than I did with Mint mobile. I recommend Really wireless for those wanting a great service for a decent price!

Very easy sing up process, port in was easy. Great coverage with high data cap, includes hot spot, great coverage (especially great in my apartment), data security and DeWi call coverage technology is excellent… And still, future updates and more services coming at no charge like the future dead zone killer! Speaking to customer support via email was anything but painful. The response time faster than most chat services provided by larger “well known” companies… I really am enjoying myself…

Recently made switch based on positive messaging regarding privacy of data and encryption. Still in beginning stages of testing the service, however when problems arrived the support was spot on. Everything was intuitive as long as you have all information need to swap/port/transfer current line to REALLY.
