Really is an amazing mobile phone provider. I can't stress enough how awesome their customer service is. Their service uses T-Mobile towers and I can honestly say, it's the best service I've seen from any of the MVNO providers out there and I've tried them all. Really also offers something unique and different in their business model that is unmatched with the other providers. It doesn't matter what time of day, even if its "outside business hours," Really will reach out within minutes to help you when you need it or to answer any questions you may have. Id recommend to anyone to try them out. You won't be disappointed!

Hiii, I just want to say that I recently switched to REALLY and it’s been the best coverage I’ve had yet. I switched from Verizon to save money and I will say that even when I’m camping in the woods I still get 4 bars but Verizon would hardly give me one. And one cool thing that I love is in the corner of my phone it says REALLY and I just love that. It’s worth the switch and the fact I’ve had no calls drop or anything like that. Switch to them if u can!! You won’t regret it

Since joining Really in September 2023, I have not had one single issue unlike with the provider I had for the previous 20 plus years I would recommend Really to anyone who is looking for a new carrier that’s provides affordable excellent service Thank you very much, Marty

I've had the opportunity to use Really for the past month. I was previously a long-term customer of Verizon. I ultimately left Verizon because my bill was $160+ per month for two devices. Why did I choose Really over another carrier? After reviewing the various alternative carriers, I ultimately narrowed my choices down to two: Really and US Mobile. I believe US Mobile has their own strengths. However, I believe that Really has two significant differentiators: privacy-first focus and encrypted calling. I have a background in cybersecurity and I'm a huge privacy advocate. I believe that large mobile carriers have been poor stewards of their customers sensitive personal information. Really's limited information retention and sharing is a huge factor. If Really were to have a breach, I know my sensitive information would not be leaked because they do not retain certain information. An additional benefit is that Really has no information to sell to marketers, which is another plus! While the current privacy and security offerings have no fully materialized, I am confident that Really will deliver on their VPN and other privacy and security features. I truly look forward to them! I would love for the company to share a planned roadmap for these features and see what additional benefits could materialize. One recommendation I would make to the team is to look at other innovative approaches that alternative mobile carriers are taking. For example, US Mobile's feature of being able to switch to Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile's network is a huge benefit for people that travel to areas where certain networks have better reception. If Really were to explore something such as that, I think the future price of $99/mo for the Limitless Plan would be far easier to swallow.

Switched from Verizon to really and so far speeds are comparable with a better hotspot and about $40 cheaper

I have been testing Really for 3 months before porting over my lines from Verizon. During cross country trips including remote areas, Really's coverage through T-Mobile has proven to be far superior to Verizon's. I just ported over my lines. Bye-bye Verizon. I had some issues during the porting process on Verizon's side and Really s side. Really's customer support team was extremely helpful to get those resolved quickly. Communication via the chat app was a bit slow but the support folks were very thorough and very professional. While Really is still a young company, I believe in their vision. I became a founding member and plan to be a long time supporter on their journey.
