I just switched from ATT to Really and the coverage is fantastic. Customer service helped me set up the hotspot service in my phone and is working amazingly. Highly recommended this company.

Got nearly 300 download speed which is about 10x faster than my previous provider. I can’t complain about the service. Customer support was fairly fast and it’s good to know that my data and calls are protected.

While I haven't started using their actual service yet, I've heard nothing but great things about the company, and their customer support is some of the best I've ever experienced. When I was looking for a new service I did a lot of research. When I came across Really I was extremely impressed with what they were offering with the service, the coverage, and most importantly the level of security and privacy they provide. In a day and age where we are constantly being convinced we need to submit more and more rights, and any sense of privacy, in order to be kept "safe", it was incredibly impressive (and refreshing) to see a company that put user privacy at the forefront. Between that, everything that is included with their service, and the customer service I've received while trying to determine the best phone to use on their network, I will absolutely be switching, and I can confidently recommend them to anyone else curious. If you're tired of outsourced and apathetic CS, having your privacy constantly invaded, or having trouble getting a signal, then I would recommend you at least take a look at Really.

Really has great customer service and was probably the easiest Cell service provider switch I've ever done. I didn't even need to wait for a sim card in the mail like other virtual network operators.

Moved to a very rural area, my AT&T service was ok, but didn't work in 50% of the places. I switched to Verizon, but that was even worse. I switched to REALLY (took 5 mins to port over) and it's the best service I have had. Even works inside my house and in our little town. At breakfast on the 2nd day of service, my mom asked to hotspot off me because she didn't have service. Very Happy!
