It's not a bad service missing a few features I have come accustomed to from Verizon, I think they are doing good things providing a service at a good price, coverage was okay. My little but of traveling showed similar or slightly poorer coverage. Had I done better research I would have seen they were powered by Tmobile, I've known their coverage in my area to be sporadic. I do wish they had 24 hour support, but they are a new company and one day I think they will be able to develop into that. For now if you are looking for a reasonably price plan knowing you won't have warranty, call filtering and other features available with a post paid plan, give them a shot they are good people to work with and that's the other thing, they are real people, contacting you.
