Very easy to set up. Had a hiccup with my eSim QR code, but it was a simple error. I had accidently deleted the eSim after installing it. Very fast and quick customer service.

Recently switched from Verizon to really and they made it really simple! Most if the instructions were for iPhone so it took a bit of poking around to find the settings on my Samsung but not to difficult. With Verizon I didn't have service at my own home and now I have around 3 or 4 bars of 5g in my house. The day after I switched I went on a road trip through the southeast and had 3 to 5 bars the whole time, even in the middle of a national forest! That combined with with the level of privacy they advertise make it a great plan for me!

Quick and effecient online help with setting up 2 new lines. Will come back to review service after using it some more. REALLY

Thanks for answering my questions about the service. Learned that the cellphones used on the network are required to be eSim compatible, so it looks like I will need to purchase a compatible cellphone. I live in a rural area so I applied to be a host.

The support was helpful and relentless even late at night. Solved my issue in minutes - not hours like I'm used to with Verizon and AT&T.

What a great MVNO! They have the most wireless partners of any I've seen, and I've been around the MVNO block. Tried so many carriers over the years and this is the first one I've seen to focus on customer privacy, first to have this many contract partners to make the coverage so extensive, and first to actually respond quickly to customer service! REALLY recommend you check them out if you care about this stuff!!

I had signed up for REALLY primarily to compare against my current carrier and the usage of a free hotspot. I had some troubles getting the hotspot setup and after some time, Customer Support was able to help me out perfectly! Great cell service, great customer service. Highly recommend for those who have issues with connectivity in your home as well as in areas you normally have issues in.

New customer with Really. I had a technical quirk with installing the e-sim on my custom rom android and needed a new QR scan code. After briefly explaining the issue I was promptly walked through the steps to request a new code. The issue was probably induced by me or my custom android rom, but nonetheless help was graciously given and my problem was resolved within the hour. If I wasn't checking my messages periodically at work and given it my full attention, probably 15 minutes. Great attitude and quick responses brought me here to let you all know. Im writing this a few hours after, and also report GREAT cell signal and super fast speed. 5 stars.
